WHY DOES THE WHEELIE BIN SMELL?

The reason a wheelie bin smells is because of the germs and bacteria that are thriving in your wheelie bin from all the garbage that has been put in it. Because the plastic of the wheelie bin is porous it absorbs the odour caused by the germs and bacteria and this is why just hosing out your wheelie bin does not eliminate the smell, let alone the water you have wasted.
